If the initial evaluation is positive, we will offer you a letter of intent. The following step consist of doing a deeper dive into the financial, operational and legal aspects of your business.

Lennie is a serial entrepreneur, a musician and a 2018 and 2019 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, 2018 Mercuriades Finalist, and 2018 LinkedIn Award Winner. He has been featured in multiple publications, including hip-hop magazine The Source, Yahoo!, Greentech Media, Google's Startup Grind, Les Affaires, among others. As an ambitious entrepreneur, Lennie turned adversity into opportunity and drove across North America to sell his first solar software product, raising millions of dollars from some of the top Venture Capital firms in North America. Lennie was the CEO and Founder of Sofdesk, a leading software company with over sixty-five employees helping to scale solar energy and roofing projects. Recently, renewable energy giant Enphase Energy (NASDAQ: ENPH) acquired Sofdesk in an all-cash deal.
Lennie also leads the Freedom Accelerator Fund to help startups accelerate their growth and more recently, launched the HOW TO WIN series to bring value to students, entrepreneurs and future leaders.
